All products offered on this website are digital sewing patterns delivered as PDF files via instant download. After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link. No physical products will be shipped. Please ensure you download and back up your files promptly, as download links may expire after a certain period.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at my discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for purposes other than personal or approved commercial use. If I need to cancel or modify an order, I’ll do my best to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

When you purchase a digital sewing pattern from this website, you are buying a personal-use license to use the pattern. You are not buying the rights to the pattern itself. The personal-use license is non-transferable, and non-exclusive.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the pattern files (including modifications)
• Claim the pattern or any of its copyrighted contents as your own
• Publish or publicly share significantly large sections of the pattern online

While all patterns are intended for personal use, they may be eligible for commercial use, under certain conditions. Commercial use includes but is not limited to selling finished garments, teaching classes or hosting workshops based on my patterns. Commercial use is only allowed if you meet all applicable terms as listed on the Commercial Use & Licensing page.

Due to the digital nature of the products, all pattern sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a pattern, you acknowledge that:

• The digital content will be made available immediately after payment
• You lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, as outlined in Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive

This ensures that digital products can be delivered without delay, while remaining in compliance with EU consumer law.

You will not be able to cancel or return your purchase once the files have been made available for download. If you accidentally purchase the wrong pattern or experience issues with your files, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

I take great care in developing and testing every pattern, but small tweaks or updates may occasionally be made after a pattern is published, to improve clarity or fix errors. Product descriptions and pricing may also change at any time without prior notice. I reserve the right to update or discontinue any pattern as needed.

When a pattern is updated, the newest version will always immediately be available to new customers. Depending on the nature of the update, I may also share the updated files with previous customers who purchased the pattern in the past. Significant changes and corrections will be listed on the pattern’s dedicated resources page, so you can always stay up to date.

I welcome your reviews and feedback on my products and website. However, I reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, unlawful, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

When submitting a review or comment, you agree that:

• You will not post anything that violates someone else’s rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy)
• You will not include unlawful, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content
• You are responsible for the accuracy and originality of what you post
